Jazmine’s company did a great job on my project. It was a very collaborative effort., but her input and point of view were critical to the project’s success. I needed someone to reinforce the decisions I made (“yes, Brian that looks great” or “um NO”) and to push me to explore outside my design comfort zone. She was flexible and invested in the project in a way beyond just business. It was like a nanny who not only does the job of a caretaker but actually cares for the childlike family. She helped to fully design 3 bathrooms, one kitchen, and a variety of smaller things like new tile around an existing fireplace and new flooring in my entryway. In addition, she helped pick out stair runners and wall paint to give the whole house a nice cohesive look. I would often ask her about a random towel or rug I saw and she would give me input (usually “NO!!”) I was not looking to make the place modern — I was looking to make it a place tailored to me and she adapted herself to meet those needs. And I know I wasn’t an easy client. She is good peoples and a great designer.
